Turned on a little news section on the site in order not to make every piece of news a full fledged blog post; isn't that considerate?

The idea: dump short updates here — album progress, gig dates, half-finished thoughts — without the ceremony of a full blog post. They won't show up anywhere on the site yet, but they land in the RSS feed next to the posts.
